- When are you launching?
- We're starting in the Bay Area. Joining the list tells us which neighborhoods to open first.
- Can I sign up for my mom or dad?
- Yes. Choose 'My parent or relative' on the form and we'll contact you, not them, first.
- What happens on a weekly check-in?
- A vetted helper calls or visits, spends time with your parent, and writes a short note about how they're doing that you can read.
- Does joining cost anything?
- No. The list is free and there's no obligation when we reach out.
